The steam of criminals toward the western paradise looks endless, just as the stream of western people who runaway of the western hell, on their search for a peaceful place to stay. The level of education turn down and more and more of the youth has to find education on lower level as before. The country that arise up till the present, a paradise for technological advantage, turns down, all the time faster and faster, and good future for own children look to be lost.
Crime and opposition against criminality exhaust the reserves of the community, while this dirty events going more and more, hand in hand with the top of the governments, which runs after money and riches, just as they already did in the middle Ages.
Running after fortune and going together with criminality, in a so named democracy, runs into the agreement of the mass and is handicap for the so named democracy.
But don’t worry, Belgian democracy doesn’t need to stand for a democratically majority, and they exclude shameless and not even hidden, the majority of there people, just as they did just before independence of Rwanda.
The intelligence level of their population goes down, means also for their ministers and governmental staff.
Just like two thousand year ago, they succeed in the strategy of the old Romans, and keep the people quiet with bread and games, while Europe runs backward instead of forward.
We may ask how long till the end of the Belgian dreams, and how long till the end of the great center of great Europe. Who shall lean upon the leading shoulder of a government that drifts on growing criminality, up to the top of that country, while remarkable as well, nobody dare to give commend and the media seems to sleep, and comment not given.
Special the modern media and communication give information, even where the organize censorship the media try to control. Yet destruction of the state and growing corruption which undermine the Belgian government shall destroy the confidence in the Belgian politicians, leadership and influence in the European Union.
The destabilization that goes out from the loss of confidence and stability, by the growing corruption and criminality inside the west European Union, shall give more advantage and progress for the Asian industry and economy, and turn our economy in a bad situation and downward.
Our economy is only on the onset of destruction and the result shall be seen after many more years. The little snowball is started on the top of the snowy hill and may grow up to a real and disastrous avalanche.
Which fool shall take risk, gamble and count in the future on Belgium or Europe. Lack of corruption and low criminality give for the present already a large progress to the south Asian economy, which get more chance to survive the crisis and economical depression, but also shall present for good elements and trustworthy people a real future, with the effect of runaway of many best potency and capital toward south Asia.

Asian criminality gets no chance to break through by many reasons.

1) The Asian mind isn’t built on individual needs and ambition.
2) Their governmental bodies are not corrupt but trustworthy.
3) Their justice isn’t a game or theater, and their judges are impartial.
4) They don't lock their criminals up but punish them well, and very dangerous criminals get death penalty.
5) Asians enjoy the function in the community, and individual pleasure belongs to this.

Not only our individualism is an obstruction, also low social vision and intelligence of many of our rulers, and disability to built stable and healthy governmental bodies and organizations, gives our western world no more future, opposite the progress of East Asia.
The western world and especially Belgium is exhausted by criminality, corruption, public disapproving and continuous strikes, but the pestiferous of all reasons, the disability to manage the country and the governmental corruption.

Belgian crime grows equal to mushrooms and to the speed of shrinking right, but the most dangerous kind of terror is coming from governmental criminality and corrupt courts of justice. Nobody can count on its rights, courts of justice or government in such case on.
Since the attacks by the gang of “Nijvel”, in the octogenarian years, seems the control of the country in the hands of a criminal organization which could be behind the gang operations as well. This organization looks to be setup by the highest circles of the country or possible by members of nobility, but surely and open protected by the representatives of the crown, or what in the past as their representatives were.
The absolute and indefinite power of the high society was possibly the reason of this gang activities, it was possible also the only reason of the activities of this gang. The total incapacity and the scuttling of the justice services was amazing and overwhelming during the activities of these gangs, which seemingly very professional but aimless and without any reason, on fully day light men, women and children for hypermarkets shots.
After the activities of these gangs it proved impossible to enter openly against the arbitrary in the system, and judges could from now on, make errors or serious offenses with impunity, while victims can't put this to the jaw, and while nobody in the system can or dare to intervene against this.
Rwanda and so named genocide is one of the mysteries of the last decades, clearly only in the interest of west European metallurgy and possible the high society of Belgium, which get 80% of the minerals business of the environment, Katanga, Kivu and Kasai.

The support which the representative for her fraud of her colleague consultant on the same ministerial department got, as reaction upon opposition by the victims who started procedure against, is inconceivable. But not only her colleague's but also the whole governmental system included the ombudsman look to be implicated and used to protect the high criminality and terror of the government.

The Mafia may take lesson at them, and even the Council for appeal for Foreign affairs, didn't allow the guardians in the session on 25 February 2010 to defend themselves, this under the cover of interpretation by the letter of the law and rules. The Council for foreign affairs, which settle possible profession against decisions of foreign matter, does not reject the offenses of the representative of Minister Melchior Wathelet, by legal sophisticated arguments and application of the letter of the law, on which way such offenses of the concerning representative Mss. Elke Borremans are supported, and the victims not on right or justice can count.

The youngest child had the foster child, experimented as the elder sister who along of from its birth, looked after him and the household. In spite of irrefutable proofs the guardians got no rights and obtained no hearing, as a result that we have to ask how far the power of the defrauder and criminal gang in the entourage of the responsible minister Melchior Wathelet Junior, competent for migration and asylum policy, reach.
The guardians lay a complain down against Foreign affairs, but the whole opposition, which mean the entire government like to support and protect this criminal practice, and the whole system try to close the way to justice.
The aunt, here named guardian, belong to the descendants of Malayan migrations in Sri Lanka, just like the daughter of her deceased brother, the foster child, who just like most of the East Asians, cannot defense them against any aggression. This is also reason that most of East Asians in our western country keep themselves aloof.
Also the relatives of the guardian belong partly to these solitaries, just like the protection child that lost her father, because he yield under aggression of western disposed parents-in-law and spouse, to commit suicide.
Solitaries which cannot escape of lasting pressure or aggression unloose themselves by use of drugs (opium success in China) or alcohol or run away from the aggressive surrounding. If they cannot escape from such circumstances, they proceed to escape by way of suicide as ultimate manner to escape from pressure and violence.
Also the foster child stays through circumstance and waiting for the trip to her foster parents in Belgium, in the environment of her biological mother as a result of which she is faced with the lasting aggression against her.

The aunt could fill in as guardian no visa request in absence of legal recognition of the government of Sri Lanka, or in absence of the confirmation of the Belgian Consul of her guardianship
There was no legal request possible without control and approval, of the legality of the guardian, by the local diplomatic representation of Belgium in Sri Lanka. That means that a legitimate approval of the service in Colombo to the service of foreign affairs in Brussels was passed on.

By the representation in Brussels concerning the refusal it was connected to the request for family reunion, what only for relatives in straight line is possible, and therefore no part could be of the application in this case. That means that the service in Colombo a legal document has received of the parents, the adoption or for guardianship but no mentioning about one of this in the refusal.
The current situation with lasting aggression of the neighborhood of the biological mother, where she meanwhile depend to, and which threaten to collapse and lose the orphan niece by way of suicide just like the father did, for which the aunt and guardian has to take full responsibility, is inconceivable.

We believe that we get welfare, but more luxury for more sweat, blood and tears, while the man in the third world take pension between his 45 and 55 of age and his wife most of the time, stay home and care housekeeping and children, looking to the TV and seen the luxury and welfare of the west, unknown of the western reality of people who get to work man and wife, 40 hours a week, under during pressure of high speed, high prestige and humanly disgraceful stress. The poor man of the third world works just as he likes, get free as he likes, and believe that this is the way of life in Europe also, while many of them are running to Europe, what they seen as paradise of riches and welfare.
